Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be fully charged.
Late arrivals / Emergencies

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time , to avoid delays for other guests. The time lost due to lateness cannot be added or refunded.

We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. However, please be mindful that last-minute cancellations—even for these reasons—directly impact our small business. We kindly ask that you only cancel under truly urgent circumstances. Frequent last-minute cancellations, even due to illness, may still be subject to fees at our discretion
Professional Conduct

All treatments are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior or language will result in the immediate termination of the session, full charge applied, and refusal of future appointments.

Clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene prior to their appoitnment

Clients must not attend appointmets under the influence of alcohol or drugs.If this policy is not respected, the appointment may be refused
