The Heart behind Pnoe

Welcome to Pnoe Massage Studio, a peaceful wellness space located on the beatiful island of Kos, Greece.  Our studio was created to offer a calm retreat where relaxation, healing , and personalized care come together. 

Meet Sia , a licensed massage therapist and devoted holistic practitioner with over a decade of hands-on experience.

She travels the globe, accumulating invaluable experience to enrich her practice. 

Her passion for bodywork took her to Thailand, where she trained in traditional Thai massage with skilled masters, learning techniques rooted in centuries-old healing practices. 

. She also immersed herself in Chinese medicine, studying acupuncture principles, meridian theory, and the role of Qi (energy) in physical and emotional well-being.
 

Blending Eastern wisdom with Western techniques, Sia’s mission is to offer a healing space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered on their wellness journey. Each treatment she offers is curated with care and attention to detail, tailored to your unique needs.
