Cancellations 

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be fully charged. 

Late Arrivals / Emergencies

•  If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time , to avoid delays for other guests. The time lost due to lateness cannot be added or refunded. 

• We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. However, please be mindful that last-minute cancellations—even for these reasons—directly impact our small business. We kindly ask that you only cancel under truly urgent circumstances. Frequent last-minute cancellations, even due to illness, may still be subject to fees at our discretion

Professional Conduct 

• All treatments are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior or language will result in the immediate termination of the session, full charge applied, and refusal of future appointments.
